By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from this site. If you place an order for another person, you are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery details.

We take care to describe and photograph our gifts accurately. Natural, handmade and seasonal items may vary in colour, form or finish. If an item is unavailable, we may propose a comparable substitution and will seek your approval where it materially changes the order.

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when Maison Ward confirms availability, delivery arrangements, final charges and payment. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, details are incomplete, payment is not authorised or we reasonably suspect misuse.

Product prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Delivery, customisation or other agreed charges may be added before final payment. If a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you before accepting the order.

You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and other submitted content. We may refuse content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes another person’s rights. Once production begins, personalised details may not be changed.

Delivery is subject to the Delivery Information page, and returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to the Returns & Refunds page. Those policies form part of these terms.

Website content, branding, photography, text and design belong to Maison Ward or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not copy, resell, scrape or commercially exploit its content without permission.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from personal use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you continue to apply.
