Maison Ward currently coordinates delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Service availability depends on the destination, gift selection and requested delivery date.

Available dates and time windows are confirmed after your order is received. Same-day delivery may be available in selected locations, subject to stock, preparation time and courier capacity.

A requested date or time is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team.

Delivery charges vary by location, timing and order requirements. Any applicable charge will be shared and agreed with you before final payment is completed.

Please provide a complete address and a reachable recipient telephone number. If the recipient cannot be reached or the address is incomplete, delivery may be delayed and an additional delivery charge may apply.

Delicate and perishable gifts are packed for the journey and should be brought indoors promptly. Please follow any storage or care instructions supplied with the gift.
